Whispering Secrets: Part 2I woke up to the blinding rays of the sun, escaping from my blinds on my window. Light spilled into my room as I pulled the string down to raise the blinds up. The last day of school and I was already starting off with a bad night’s sleep. Still tired, I hopped into the shower and began top get ready for school. I trudged down the stairs and into the kitchen.
“Morning, dear.” My mother said cheerfully.
“Morning, Mom.” My greeting was not so joyous.

Whispering Secrets: Part 1This is the part that was confusing me. I didn’t understand why I always came here. Camping wasn’t one of my favorite vacations and yet, I was here. Lake Kelpie, or Crappie to the locals who lived a couple of miles down the road from the there. This was our last camping trip before junior high. It was our last day of the vacation, but still a while before we were scheduled to leave. I had survived another trip of camping without being eaten by a bear or chewed on by coyotes. Night Before Vacation 07/05/08 Update

Journal Entry: Sat Jul 5, 2008, 11:30 PM

So, it's the night before vacation and I'm stoked. I just finished buying the manga series, Me & My Brothers. It's not the last of it no, but it's all that's out. September is when the next one comes. I can't wait. I get to read those. I'm going to do that tonight before bed. I can't sleep and I'll probably get up at 6 in the morning. We leave at 10 am, but we still need to pack a lot. Unfortunately. I do get to drive half-way if not a little more, which is cool. My first time driving a log distance.

I won't be back until the 13th of July. Hopefully with more of my story typed, even though not much is up on here, and more drawings.

I am, unfortuneately going a lone on this trip. I was supposed to bring someone, but in the end, I couldn't. My brother and his friend are coming along with my parents and dogs. It'll still be fun, hopefully.

See you all on the 13th!
